BRITTA is an Australian editorial photographer with over twenty years experience. She is currently based in Sydney and Newcastle where she works with national broadsheet The Australian as well as freelancing. She was previously based in London for four years over which time she covered assignments across Europe for the News Ltd. London bureau. Prior to this she was a staff photographer with Sydney metro publication mX, specialising in arts portraiture. She wrote the course Society Through the Lens for COFA Online, the first online faculty at the University of New South Wales.

She holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication from University of Technology in Sydney and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of New South Wales.
